It depends on the piece. Keychains start from PKR 700, wallets from PKR 1,400, sweaters from PKR 3,200. Complex or oversized pieces are quoted individually.

What is the dispatch time for a custom order?

Dispatch time is from confirmation to courier handoff. Keychains: 3–5 working days. Wallets and phone holders: 5–7 days. Caps: 7–10 days. Sweaters: 10–14 days. Delivery time is extra. Complex sizing or bulk is confirmed on WhatsApp.

Can I request a specific brand/shade of yarn?

Yes. If you have a specific color in mind, share a photo reference and we'll match it as closely as possible with available yarn.

What if I don't like the finished piece?

If we've made something that doesn't match what we agreed on, we'll fix it or redo it. If you simply change your mind, we'll discuss options — but we do ask that custom orders are well-considered before confirming.
