With the right care, a Baftaan piece will last years — softening and improving with every wash.
1. Sweaters & Pullovers
- Hand wash in cool water (max 30°C) with a gentle detergent.
- Do not wring — gently squeeze out excess water.
- Lay flat on a clean towel to dry. Do not tumble dry or bleach.
- Fold for storage. Do not hang — hanging stretches the fabric over time.
2. Wallets & Accessories
- Spot clean with a slightly damp cloth.
- Air dry completely before using or storing.
- Avoid submerging in water.
- Store in a soft pouch or dust bag when not in use.
3. Phone Holders
- Hand wash gently in cool water.
- Lay flat or hang to dry.
- Check strap attachment regularly for wear.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
4. Home Decor
- Dust gently with a soft brush or dry cloth.
- Hand wash if needed — cool water, gentle detergent.
- Lay flat to dry.
- Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
5. Good to Know
- Cotton softens with every wash — this is natural and intentional.
- If a stitch loosens, do not pull the yarn — it makes things worse. Contact us via WhatsApp with a photo.
- Wash dark colours separately for the first few washes.
- All Baftaan pieces are made to be used. Regular use keeps them in better condition than rare handling.

Manufacturing defects and loose stitches happen rarely, but when they do — we fix them. Contact us with a photo and we'll take care of it.
