Order Tracking

Courier tracking starts when the piece leaves the studio. Until then you can still check order status. A courier parcel number is not the same as your Baftaan order number.

Confirmed or in production
There is no courier tracking yet. You can still see order status on Track an Order, or we will update you on WhatsApp.

Handed to the courier
We send the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp when the parcel is dispatched.

In transit
Use the courier’s own tracking page for location updates. We ship with TCS, Leopard Courier, and M&P.

Stalled or missing
If the number does not update for several business days after dispatch, or the parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, contact support with the order number.
Track an Order — Look up a shop order with your Baftaan order number and the WhatsApp or email used on that order.
1. Two numbers
Keep them separate:
- Your Baftaan order number (starts with BFT-) identifies the shop order. That is what Track an Order asks for.
- The courier tracking number is issued only after dispatch. It follows the parcel on the courier’s site.
2. How to look up a shop order
On Track an Order, enter the Baftaan order number and the WhatsApp number or email used at checkout. Signed-in customers can also open the order from their account. The page shows status, and courier details once they exist.
3. When you will not have tracking yet
Pending, confirmed, in production, or packed but not yet handed to the courier — there is no parcel number. That is normal. We do not invent a tracking number before dispatch.
4. Custom studio jobs
Making progress for a custom piece is confirmed on WhatsApp. If we sent a custom-order tracking link, that follows the studio job, not the courier parcel. Courier tracking still starts only when the finished piece is dispatched.
5. Delays and missing parcels
Courier transit can stall outside our control. WhatsApp or email support@baftaan.pk with your order number. Do not assume a message was seen until we confirm. A correctly dispatched order is not treated as unfulfilled solely because the courier is late.
