These terms apply when you browse the site, create an account, or place an order with Baftaan. Detailed shipping, returns, cancellations, and custom-order rules live on their own pages — this document points to them rather than repeating them.
1. Using the website
The site is for viewing and ordering Baftaan pieces. Do not misuse it, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or submit content you do not have the right to send.
2. Product information
Photos and descriptions are honest to the piece. Handmade work still varies. Colours can read differently on a screen.
3. Pricing and errors
Prices are in Pakistani rupees. If an obvious pricing error is published, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it at the mistaken price.
4. Availability
Catalogue pieces may be made to order. We will tell you if a request cannot be fulfilled and refund any payment taken.
5. Orders
Submitting checkout or a custom request is an offer. We accept it when we confirm. Until then we may decline, for example if we cannot make the piece or cannot deliver to the address.
6. Custom orders
A custom brief is binding once confirmed. Measurements you supply are yours to get right. The Custom Order Policy sets the full rules.
7. Payment
We currently take the methods offered at checkout or agreed on WhatsApp, including cash on delivery where available. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
8. Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Delivery, returns, and stopping an order are covered by the dedicated Help pages listed below. Courier delays outside our control are not a reason to treat a correctly dispatched order as unfulfilled.
9. Intellectual property
Baftaan designs, photographs, and text on this site belong to us. You may not copy them for commercial use. Reference images you send remain yours; we use them only to make your piece.

11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date on this page is the current version.
